Cilindri)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;→ Elemento di lavoro&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Le energie che entrano in gioco sono:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #3d85c6;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Energia elettrica o meccanica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;→ Energia meccanica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;→ Energia pneumatica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;→ Energia pneumatica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;→ Energia meccanica&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Le macchine ad "Aria" possono convogliare, aspirare o comprimere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Esse vengono suddivise in base al salto di pressione che possono raggiungere (cioè la differenza tra la pressione in uscita e quella in entrata).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Le principali sono:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;- &lt;u&gt;Pompe&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;- Ventilatori&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;- Soffiatori&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;- &lt;u&gt;Compressori&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Nel settore dell'automazione, generalmente, si utilizzano pompe e naturalmente compressori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #3d85c6; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #3d85c6; font-size: large;"&gt;Il compressore in breve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;In maniera un po' grossolana possiamo dividere i compressori in due famiglie in base a come trattano l'Aria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;- Compressore Volumetrico: la pressione viene aumentata facendo in modo che l'Aria venga ingabbiata e costretta ad adattarsi ad uno spazio minore.... avremo una portata intermittente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;- Compressore Dinamico: il salto di pressione che si ottiene è dovuto all'accelerazione conferita al gas..... avremo una portata continua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;E noi cosa possiamo utilizzare?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Dipende, generalmente per impianti con grandi portate si utilizzano quelli dinamici, mentre se utilizziamo pressioni che al massimo possono toccare punte di 15 bar, quelli volumetrici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Le caratteristiche base di un compressore sono:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;- Portata, cioè la quantità di Aria che il compressore emette in un dato tempo.... Essa può essere &lt;i&gt;volumetrica &lt;/i&gt;espressa in&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 17px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" type='text'>Perché usare l'Aria compressa?</title><content type='html'>&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;I motivi sono tutti da ricercare nella fisica dell'Aria, nel suo bassissimo costo e nella sua facilità di reperimento; &amp;nbsp;non sono richiesti impianti particolari per la produzione, essendo presente in inesauribili quantità (e speriamo sia sempre così!!!!) e subito disponibile all'uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;Essendo un gas&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;*&lt;/span&gt; risulta comprimibile e quindi può essere convogliata in tubi di qualsiasi diametro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #6fa8dc; font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;In oltre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;- le sue cadute di pressione non risultano molto elevate, presentando dei bassi attriti e bassa densità, è possibile ottenere buoni valori di velocità di spostamento e tempi di risposta decisamente buoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;- avendo delle pressioni non molto elevate può essere manipolata con apparecchiature non molto costose e relativamente semplici (parlando di componenti e applicazioni base).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;- non contenendo elementi estremamente infiammabili e nocivi, può essere utilizzata nell'industria chimica ed alimentare.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Ma l'Aria compressa ha anche dei limiti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;- la gradualità dei movimenti, ad esempio nei cilindri, è difficile da ottenere... font-size: large;"&gt;IN DEFINITIVA CHE COSA E' IL VUOTO?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Con il termine "Vuoto" si fa riferimento alla situazione fisica che si verifica in un ambiente dove la pressione gassosa è minore di quella atmosferica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;La pressione rappresenta una forza per unità di superficie e la sua unità di misura è il Pascal (Pa) che rappresenta la pressione che si ha quando la forza di 1 Newton (N) si esercita sull'unità di superficie, misurata in metri quadrati (m²).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;
